wizee.me provides users with access to large language models (LLMs) for generating text-based responses. The Service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising and affiliate marketing (Google AdSense and Amazon Associates).

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Use of AI-Generated Content

The content generated by the AI is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided. The use of AI-generated content is subject to specific restrictions, particularly regarding automated access and use for training other models.

Your use of our AI is governed by our LLM Content Access & Usage Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6. Monetization

The Service is supported by advertising and affiliate links. By using the Service, you agree to the placement of such advertising. We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for us to earn fees by linking to Amazon.com and affiliated sites.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of LEAF srls and its licensors.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind. In no event shall LEAF srls be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
